We had another successful test last night. There might be another test with critts or even a chance to find the great pumpkin! And win a pearl item we can only hope. Hope to see everyone in chat it was a lot of fun
The server held up very well didn’t crash once even with me goofing around trying to get it to crash in and out of fights, back and forth to chat room to help others get in it held up. Who knows maybe you even get a chance tonight to be the first to feeb Mav, now wouldn’t that be fun.

Test Results

Well all we did have testing last night like to thank everyone that did show up. We ended up testing combat that worked great. the system didnt crash we didnt have to reboot or restart the server so progress has been made. The server was still up this morning at 9am central time i went in ran around some more check out combat by my self things starting to look good. There might be another test tonight not sure on this one though but 7 est sound good to sit around and wait
In attendance last night was Mav,Sparkle,Ego prime,Luc,and myself
Luc dropped by after the fact but we got him in to run around and check things out Mav couldnt get in because of the dreaded black screen if anyone can help with that or anyone else that had the same problem and got it working let her know. Well now that combat went well maybe we get some critts in and start working on that part soon.
It a long process but in the end we all will be happy!
Fw Boards

Hey I know the main fw board isn’t the most important thing on the list but can't we fix couple of the broken links it really getting old and annoying to use. One that really needs to be fixed is the main forgotten world link on front page. Also Create a New folder is down. Also to all the Newbies out there when you send a message to a friend make sure you keep refreshing your page other whys you’ll never know if you get a message sent back at you! That’s the way it works. Now on the other hand Is the card thing Dead cause I’m keeping a list threw html code source that way I still have a record of the cards I won. If you don’t know how to do that when you win a card right click on screen and go to view source and save it in note pad I only do on cards that are worth it action and ever last since gold and these are supposed to be used to buy you pearl items in game.

Wondering if testing will really occur tonight. Yes there will be testing tonight for sure...I am shooting for 7 pm est.time may vary though.

Lets see where shall i start with this one, First off what are we in grade school, grow up and use your name person! Don't worry the community will not come down on you ! You know what the best kick i get out of this is. Most of you where born here and had a education and i still see how diffulcult it is for you too spell as well! I for on the other hand wasnt born here yup I'm a foreigner.
Un like you i learned the english launguge on my own for the most part. The few in fw that understand have help me spell better by correcting me and not spouting off! Which i apreciated.
And hopefully me doing this column will help as well!

Game Progress

I wrote a letter to the Fw staff to see what’s really going on. For most of us this is just a reaction that nothing being done. So to put it into perspective for you that seem to have plenty of time on your hands including my self I figure I do this column and do some research. I’m sure many you asking your self how does Grud get a column. Well I asked for it and I’m sure ill get it! What I would like to see is if you have a problem with it e-mail with it and I will respond to your questions here instead of on the rp boards!
Now back to the game. They are making progress with the game.

Main problem for me has been RL.
My free time is very minimum, considering I go to work basically full time and school full time.
We are looking into some options that will hopefully allow more people to join in on helping out on the server side of the code. Which has been the main bottleneck
Now I think everyone can understand that. Now take going to work 8 hours a day. Then go to school for at least 4 more hours and then try to fit in some programming. Well I can see where that would be a problem.
It took me a while to understand what really was going on. I thought my life was busy and it is. But instead of being negative I figure I try and help out, which I sure many of you are asking what the hell is he talking about. Well hopefully the few that still won’t understand will get it and be patience

Also have it on good authority that the game IS being worked on and some progress is being made.. But from what I hear, there's way too much going on in life/work/home that there's no time left over for running any alpha tests right now. Keep the faith :-)
